Human Resources

Human Resources supports the mission of the Potomac Conference by caring for the people who serve across our territory. With more than 700 employees in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia, our team provides guidance and support to pastors, educators, administrative staff, Camp Blue Ridge personnel, Living Well ABC employees, and locally funded workers at our many ministry sites.

Our focus is to recruit and onboard dedicated employees, steward compensation and benefits, and promote fair, consistent, and compliant employment practices. We also help employees navigate workplace questions, access the resources they need, and grow in their professional roles. It is our objective to ensure every employee feels valued, supported, and equipped to carry out the ministry entrusted to them.
